“Season of Rebalancing Harmony” September 22nd-28th

Dear One,

And just like that we are in Fall, Libra Season, my favourite season to get cozy and be by the fire, sipping on a cup of cacao. Reviewing this past summer of intensity, there is now a gentler energy flowing into support our nervous systems for a recalibration and rebalancing to embrace the changes that have occurred over these last 6 months or so. The struggle and survival energy is lessening as you get stronger and ground into your body.

This past eclipse season unearthed so much programming and old patterning. Now on the other side of the internal and external shifts, it is noticeably different to observe yourself and how you are responding to others. You may notice that your nervous system is more regulated and recalibrating to match your energy with same or similar frequencies. Our mastery will be tested in our relationships with others, as you ease into this new way of operating from heart centre and a more attuned state, you will respond with ease and grace. 

The Fall season shows you how to let go of the things that have served there purpose, it is the time to release and recalibrate to be softer on yourself. Breathe in, big exhale to centre and complete the cycle of regeneration. I had the privilege of witnessing the Sockeye Salmon return to their place of birth, up river inland hundreds of miles from the ocean and complete their life cycle. Lay their eggs for the next generation of Salmon to begin their 4 year journey.

This is the natural world in motion, the Salmon represents the death and rebirth cycle of life. It was amazing to see this ending and new beginning first hand, so inspired by the Salmon’s determination for its offsprings survival, it will swim against the waters to get back to its original birth place to begin again. The Salmon is a beautiful teacher for Humanity to witness this wild and wonderful journey of life. We are remembering and learning how to interact with the Natural World.
