After this past weekend of big energy shifts from the Lion’s Gate portal 88 and the Full Moon in Aquarius, today is going to be lighter and allow you to integrate what has just occurred in your own field and in that of the Collective. What a wild summer so far, hope you are having moments of rest and big exhales to recharge your soul’s desire. The Sun’s energies and full on feel of summer, have been amping up. This past weekend we entered the Lions gate 8/8 energetic window, between July 26th & August 12th. Where ever you are in your journey, you are at the perfect timing for it all. So many of us are thinking or worrying that we have missed the target. You are right where you are meant to be at this exact moment in time. This past weekend was intense with the countless solar flares hitting Earth directly with a blast of M Class flares, we are acclimating these higher frequencies, as they will continue to increase in intensity. Our systems are purifying the toxicity and old energies that have been passed down in our DNA. This is happening on a cellular level, some of the symptoms are headaches, aches in the bones and joints, thirsty and eating less.

We are shifting from within, change is happening quickly and our bodies are trying to keep up to this shifts. Staying grounded and centered will help with this internal transformation. Rest and restore practices are key at this time. More time in Nature and sitting near water will ease the nervous system and calm the mind. Energies will lift up this week, due to Venus going direct on the weekend, as she has emerged from the underworld with a new perspective and clearing the path forward was a Potent packed Pink Moon in Libra, giving us more harmony and balance in all of our relationships.
