This past weekend was intense with the countless solar flares hitting Earth directly with a blast of M Class flares, we are acclimating these higher frequencies, as they will continue to increase in intensity. Our systems are purifying the toxicity and old energies that have been passed down in our DNA. This is happening on a cellular level, some of the symptoms are headaches, aches in the bones and joints, thirsty and eating less.

We are shifting from within, change is happening quickly and our bodies are trying to keep up to this shifts. Staying grounded and centered will help with this internal transformation.
